The pool area has a nice ambience.

I was incredibly frustrated with my check-in experience. We were initially told to return in 20 minutes, but after an hour and a half, only one of our two rooms was ready. This caused unnecessary stress, especially since I was traveling with small children who were tired and waiting eagerly for their room.

We had an awesome group trip! The hotel was close to attractions like the local mall and a great steakhouse. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was solid. Perfect spot for a night before flying out!

The only downside was that the sheets didn't seem clean, which was a bit of a letdown during our stay.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I found mold in the shower and stains on the duvet, while the hallway carpets showed clear signs of neglect with numerous stains. The one operational elevator created inconvenient waits, and the pool appeared cloudy and needed some serious cleaning. Breakfast options became scarce with items running out, and the lounge shut down rather early at 9:30 PM, limiting late-night options. To top it off, the advertised room service was absent and I encountered frustrating inconsistencies regarding the pet fee, leading to confusion at check-in.

We really enjoyed our one night stay in the comfortable Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for winding down after a long trip. Just a heads up, the WiFi could use some improvement, but overall, it was a good experience! 😊

Breakfast was a highlight, with friendly staff helping create a pleasant dining experience, yet the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which disrupted our sleep. Unfortunately, the access road and parking area appeared unkempt, and the overall maintenance of the bathroom left much to be desired.

the hilton garden inn was a great stopover place, close to edmonton airport. the breakfast was delicious and served by kind staff. the room was spacious and tidy, perfect for our family's needs.

Had a great experience during my stay. The food was nothing short of excellent, the dinner was like those five-star places but without the pretentiousness.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we got.

It was just a proper fit for a date night in Leduc with value for price. Our room had a few beetles, but it was otherwise livable. For future visits, check if the Wi-Fi is working before unpacking.
